Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping to most regions worldwide:
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days after shipment
- Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, local logistics delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following regions:
- PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses
- Countries with international shipping sanctions or restrictions
- Remote areas where standard courier delivery is unavailable
Please verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery failures.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or refusal to pay import duties.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website or via our Order Tracking page on our website.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost shipments: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. We will assist you in resolving the issue within 7 business days of your notification.
- Damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at [support@email.com] within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [support@email.com].
We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, no changes can be made.
